What’s included in a Level 2 Survey?
A Level 2 Home Survey includes a physical inspection of the property and a written report.. The RICS Home Survey aims to provide professional advice so that you can:
- Make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property
- Consider any repairs or replacements the property needs, and
- Consider what further advice you should take before committing to purchasing the property.
- An easy to understand traffic light condition-rating system.
- Details about any urgent or significant repairs that may be required.
- Details about problems that could affect the property value.
